NVO - Closed circuit television captures the moment a train derails at high speed in Spain's northwest.

At least 78 passengers were killed in the crash on Wednesday evening, while more than 130 others were injured.

The immediate cause of the crash is unclear, but one of the train's drivers has been put under formal investigation.

A court spokeswoman could not confirm if anyone else was involved in the probe.

Officials also say emergency workers have stopped looking for bodies at the crash site.

The extraordinarily high death toll makes the crash Spain's worst train disaster in 40 years, prompting Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy to declare three official days of mourning.
