A traffic accident ends with a car inverted on the roof of a Houston, Texas home. HOUSTON, TEXAS, UNITED STATES (FEBRUARY 24, 2013) (NBC) - An early Sunday (February 24) morning crash ended with a car on the roof of a house in Houston, Texas. "'What's going on?' And he said, 'hurry up there's a car on your roof. A car on my roof?' And he said, 'yes a car on your roof,'" she said. Harris county sheriff officials said the car went airborne when the driver was speeding and failed to make a curve. "It inverted and somersaulted, landed on the roof upside down," said Harris County Sheriff's Asst. Chief John Laine. The driver was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition. Investigators have not determined whether alcohol was factor in the accident. |
