ATLANTA, GEORGIA, UNITED STATES (MARCH 13, 2012) (NBC) - A Delta Boeing 737-700 jet rolled off a taxi way and down an embankment at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International airport early Tuesday (March 13), local media reported.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported mechanics were testing the engines of the airplane when they experienced brake failure.
The jet then went off the taxi way and over an embankment.
No passengers were on the plane at the time and no injuries were reported. The plane experienced significant damage, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
