In an interview with ABC News' "Good Morning America," Amanda Knox told the morning program's anchor Robin Roberts, "I will never go willing back to the place where I, I am going to fight this until the very end."

"I will never go willing back to the place where I, I am going to fight this until the very end and it's not right, and it's not fair, and I am going to do everything I can. Granted, I need a lot of help. I can't do this on my own and I can't help people understand this on my own," Knox said."Like, there are people who know better than I do the way these systems work and the way that there was this entirely preventable thing that happened that was systematic. And, I really hope that, that people try to understand that like when you have overzealous prosecutors and when you have the biased interrogator, biased investigation and coercive interrogations like these things happen and I am not like, I am not crazy, it just, it puts you in a position where you feel like," she added, quieting with emotion.
On Thursday, American student Knox and her former Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito were found guilty for the second time of the 2007 murder of BritonMeredith Kercher, in a retrial that reversed an earlier appeal judgment.
The verdict, after 12 hours of deliberations, confirmed Knox and Sollecito's original 2009 conviction. Knox's sentence was increased to 28 years and six months and Sollecito was sentenced to 25 years. Knox did not attend the retrial, however, having gone home to the United States after the previous appeal.
Knox told Roberts she had watched the reading of the verdict with her family on an Italian television station online.
