LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (DEC 16, 2010) (HOLLYWOODTV) - Well, it's time to move some property around, and that's exactly what Ryan Seacrest is doing, listing his Hollywood Hills estate purchased from Kevin Costner for $11,985,000. The property was built in 1974 and spans some 10,000 square feet on almost an acre of exclusive land with both city and canyon views. The massive outfit includes beamed ceilings, a screening room, bar, gym, guesthouse, tennis court, swimming pool with cabana, old-growth trees and a huge wine cellar. Previously listed back in 2010 for $14.95 million, Seacrest had no buyers but is hoping the reduced price offered now might lure in a prospective home buyer.
