AMITY, OREGON, UNITED STATES - It's quite rare -- but Deucy the kitten was born with two faces.
Just one day old, the little kitten meows from both sides of her face.
Her owner Stephanie Durkee was in for a surprise when she saw the newborn.
Kitten owner Stephanie Durkee saying:"This morning the kids actually found them and came in and said, Mom there's a kitty with two heads, and I said I think you guys are just tired, you're crazy, that doesn't happen."
After an examination vets say the kitten appears to be in good health, despite being rejected by her mother.
She now needs to be fed kitten formula with a syringe.
Two-faced felines are also called 'Janus' cats after the Roman god with two faces.
