British Prime Minister David Cameron confirmed that British military forces are in operation over Libya.
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (MARCH 19, 2011)(UK POOL - Speaking on Saturday (March 19) after chairing a meeting of the Government's Cobra emergency committee, British Prime Minister David Cameron confirmed that British air forces were now in action over Libya.
The operation was part of the UN-authorised international coalition of military action against Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafiorces loyal to Gaddafi outside the rebel stronghold of Gaddafi.
